How to Manage Your Subscription


You can easily view, change, or cancel your Laytly subscription through the app or your device's subscription settings.


Viewing Your Current Subscription


To check your current subscription plan:


1. Open the Laytly app

2. Go to your Profile

3. Tap on "Settings"

4. Select "Subscription"


Here you'll see:

  • Your current plan
  • Billing cycle
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method

  • Changing Your Subscription Plan


    To upgrade or downgrade your subscription:


    1. Go to Settings > Subscription

    2. Tap "Change Plan"

    3. Select your desired plan

    4. Follow the prompts to confirm the change


    Note: If you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.


    Managing Payment Methods


    To update your payment information:


    For iOS Users:

    1. Go to iPhone Settings

    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top

    3. Select "Subscriptions"

    4. Find Laytly in the list

    5. Tap "Payment Information"


    For Android Users:

    1. Open Google Play Store

    2. Tap your profile icon

    3. Select "Payments & subscriptions"

    4. Tap "Payment methods"

    5. Update your payment information


    Canceling Your Subscription


    To cancel your subscription:


    Through the App:

    1. Go to Settings > Subscription

    2. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

    3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation


    For iOS Users:

    1. Go to iPhone Settings

    2. Tap your Apple ID

    3. Select "Subscriptions"

    4. Find Laytly in the list

    5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"


    For Android Users:

    1. Open Google Play Store

    2. Tap your profile icon

    3. Select "Payments & subscriptions"

    4. Tap "Subscriptions"

    5. Find Laytly and tap "Cancel subscription"


    Note: After cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.


    Reactivating Your Subscription


    If you've previously canceled:


    1. Go to Settings > Subscription

    2. Tap "Reactivate Subscription"

    3. Choose a plan

    4. Confirm your payment method


    Subscription FAQs


    **Q: Will I lose my data if I cancel?**

    A: No, your data remains intact. You'll just lose access to premium features.


    **Q: Can I get a refund?**

    A: Refund policies are handled by Apple and Google. Contact their support for refund requests.


    **Q: What happens after my free trial?**

    A: You'll be automatically charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
