Troubleshooting: App Not Loading


If the Laytly app won't open or gets stuck on the loading screen, try these solutions:


Quick Fixes


Try these simple solutions first:


1. **Force close the app**:

- On iOS: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the home button on older devices) and swipe the Laytly app up to close it

- On Android: Open recent apps and swipe Laytly away or tap the X


2. **Restart your device**:

- Turn your phone off completely

- Wait 30 seconds

- Turn it back on and try opening Laytly again


3. **Check for updates**:

- Go to the App Store or Google Play Store

- Search for Laytly

- If an update is available, install it


Network Issues


The app may not load due to network problems:


1. **Check your internet connection**:

- Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on

- Try opening a website to verify your connection works

- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if one works better


2. **Reset network settings**:

- On iOS: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

- On Android: Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth


Storage Issues


Low storage can prevent apps from loading:


1. **Check available storage**:

- On iOS: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage

- On Android: Go to Settings > Storage


2. **Free up space** if needed:

- Delete unused apps

- Clear cache from other apps

- Remove downloaded videos or photos you no longer need


Reinstall the App


If nothing else works, try reinstalling:


1. Delete the Laytly app from your device

2. Restart your device

3. Download Laytly again from the App Store or Google Play Store

4. Sign in with your account
